Funny when it's not funny: I need jokes for a funeral / eulogy. Hey, reddit. A good buddy of mine has died. He was always the life of the party, always had fresh jokes, and would absolutely hate the idea of a depressing, somber funeral. His friends have arranged a casual dress only (he hated dressing up), open mic style celebration of his life. One of the greatest things I've seen in my entire life is [this eulogy for Graham Chapman by John Cleese.](http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q7x9uhrg4Hs) I'd love to be able to deliver something like this to his friends, and I'll be stealing some lines from it (""taken from us before he'd had enough fun."") So... got anything? I know I'll have to dip into my memories of him to bring up material, a process I'm putting off for right now. I've already come up with a few in-jokes that only those who knew him well will get, but those will be for smaller conversations, not for the mic. I know that I'm walking the line of very, very poor taste here, and I'm not going to run with anything that I'm not positive is not going to offend most people. Thanks in advance.
