A worldwide survey was conducted by the UN. The only question asked was: âWould you please give your honest opinion about solutions to the food shortage in the rest of the world? The survey was a failure. In Africa they didnât know what âfoodâ meant; in India they didnât know what âhonestâ meant; in Europe they didnât know what âshortageâ meant; in China they didnât know what âopinionâ meant; in the Middle East they didnât know what âsolutionâ meant; in South America they didnât know what âpleaseâ meant; in the USA they didnât know what âthe rest of the worldâ meant.
