It happened in a hospital, that a patient died in the same bed every Sunday at midnight. The doctors were baffled. Someone suggested that maybe there are some supernatural forces at play. So [Lorraine](http://www.imdb.com/character/ch0289864/) and [Ed](http://www.imdb.com/character/ch0371100/) Warren were called to look into the issue. Lorraine tried to use her abilities to deduce the cause of the problem, but could not find anything. That night they decided they'll hide and watch what happens. So they hide inside a closet (with a peeping hole). The ticking of the clock was the only sound in the room and Ed's heart was beating so loud that he could hear it. With the last chime of the clock at midnight, the Warrens hear footsteps coming towards the bed, getting louder with every passing moment. A tall demonish figure reaches the bed, takes something out of his jacket, looks at it and makes an angry grunt. As he bends towards the bed, the Warrens run to subjugate the demon with the holy cross and water simultaneously turning on all the lights. But while they succeeded in surprising him, their attack had no effect on him, because.... *he was the janitor, who unknowingly unplugged the life-support to charge his cellphone!*
