Does AT&T; allow phone calls on their network? Anyone know?

The NSA has been tracking phone records for Verizon customers. They skipped AT&T because those people can't complete calls.

If you get invited to an AT&T; executive's wedding, don't go. The reception will be terrible.

AT&T sent me a text apologizing for their service outage. I sent them a text thanking them for making it impossible for people to call me.
