The Greek Tailor So, there is this little boy who grows up in a small town in rural Greece. When he gets old enough to work, he leaves the small town to seek his fortune in the big city. He finds a job and he is doing okay, but he is very lonely because he doesn't know anybody and he misses all of his friends. One day he is catching the bus to work, and as he steps off the bus, his trousers catch on the door and he tears a big hole. He thinks "I can't go to work like this." So he finds a tailor shop, and as he walks in the door, the tailor recognizes him. It is his childhood friend. "Euripades !!!", exclaims the tailor. "Eumendedes !!!", he replies.
